Angela Dantin is a Therapeutic Optometrist and Optometric Glaucoma Specialist from Texas City, TX. She received a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Texas A&M University, where she graduated Magna Cum Laude. She then received her Doctor of Optometry degree from the University of Houston College of Optometry in 2016. Dr. Dantin completed a clinical internship at Lackland Air Force Base in San
Antonio, where she provided routine eye care and LASIK/PRK management for active-duty and retired military members. She completed a second clinical internship at Northeastern State University-Oklahoma College of Optometry, where she received advanced training in ocular disease treatment and cataract surgical management. While in school, she received a clinical Letter of Excellence and became certified in ophthalmic laser procedures.
Dr. Dantin practices medical optometry, specializing in diagnosing and treating ocular diseases, contact lens fittings, and LASIK and cataract co-management. She enjoys providing personalized care for each of her patients. She is an active member of the Harris County Optometric Society, the Texas Optometric Association, and the American Optometric Association.
Dr. Dantin resides in Friendswood with her husband and their two cats. In her free time, she enjoys traveling, concerts, and spending time with family and friends. She is a sports enthusiast and loves watching Texas A&M football and the Houston Astros.
